Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MB Films. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our video editing, motion graphics, color grading, and audio production services. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services.

MB Films is a professional video production company located in Gondia, Maharashtra, specializing in high-quality video editing and post-production services for businesses, content creators, and individuals.

By engaging our services, accessing our website, or entering into a service agreement with MB Films, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

MB Films provides the following professional services:

• Video Editing and Post-Production
• Motion Graphics and Animation
• Color Grading and Correction
• Audio Production and Sound Design
• Brand Video Creation
• Social Media Content Creation
• Corporate Video Production

All services are provided on a project basis unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement. Service specifications, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual project proposals.

As our client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and specifications
• Supplying all necessary source materials in acceptable formats
• Ensuring you have rights to all provided content
• Making timely payments as per agreed terms
• Providing feedback and approvals within specified timeframes
• Communicating any changes or concerns promptly
• Respecting intellectual property rights

4.1 Content Requirements

You must ensure that all content provided:

• Does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights
• Does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Is provided in high-quality, editable formats when possible
• Includes necessary releases and permissions for use

5.1 Pricing and Quotes

All pricing is provided in Indian Rupees (INR) and is valid for 30 days from the quote date unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Schedule

• 50% advance payment required to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• For large projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged
• Rush delivery may incur additional charges (25-50% premium)

5.3 Late Payments

Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a service charge of 2% per month. Final deliverables will be held until full payment is received.

6.1 Client-Provided Content

You retain ownership of all original content provided to us. You grant MB Films a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and edit this content solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.

6.2 Final Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the final edited video content. MB Films retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio purposes, marketing, and promotional activities unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3 Third-Party Content

Any stock footage, music, or graphics provided by MB Films remain the property of their respective owners. Licensing fees for premium content may apply and will be discussed separately.

7.1 Standard Delivery Times

• Basic editing: 3-5 business days
• Professional editing with graphics: 1-2 weeks
• Complex projects with VFX: 2-4 weeks
• Rush delivery available with additional charges

7.2 Revision Policy

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be charged at ₹2,000 per revision round.

7.3 Project Delays

Delays caused by late client feedback, additional content requests, or scope changes may extend delivery timelines. We will communicate any delays promptly.

MB Films' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the project value
• Issues arising from client-provided content
• Third-party copyright or licensing issues

9.1 Client Termination

Clients may terminate projects at any time with written notice. Completed work will be delivered, and payment will be due for work completed up to the termination date.

9.2 MB Films Termination

We reserve the right to terminate projects in cases of:

• Non-payment or repeated late payments
• Provision of illegal or inappropriate content
• Unreasonable demands or abusive behavior
• Breach of these Terms and Conditions

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Maharashtra, India. We encourage resolving any issues through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we prefer amicable resolution through direct negotiation. If necessary, mediation may be pursued before legal proceedings.
